CMS Analytics is delighted to be attending and exhibiting at the annual ATMIA US conference and expo at Disney World’s Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida from February 19-21, 2019. With the theme of ‘ATMs and Apps: The New World of Customer Experience’, the conference will focus on the industry’s Next-Gen ATMs initiative and the prospect of new possibilities in the self-service channel.

CMS Analytics will occupy Booth 703 in the exhibit hall where we will be showcasing our capabilities to help banks and financial institutions optimize cash management and increase the productivity of branch transformation.

Cash Management

CMS Analytics’ cash management delivers industry-leading results. We utilize mathematics to build a tailored solution to optimize ATM cash forecasting and armored transport scheduling. This results in significant cost savings, metric improvements (such as residual cash), reduced risk and a streamlined operational process.

Branch and ATM Transformation

Through in-house data analytics and machine learning, CMS Analytics works to improve ATM uptime by establishing the drivers of downtime and understanding when and why they occur. Moreover, we work with banks to help improve the productivity of their branch transformation strategies, assisting with technology placement, operational improvements and optimizing supplier relationships (particularly for armored and maintenance services).

Attending the conference will be CMS Analytics’ CEO, Brendan Doyle, VP Business Development, Lee Williamson, and Portfolio Analyst, Mike Caris. Commenting ahead of the event, Lee said, “CMS Analytics is excited to be attending our fifth ATMIA US conference. It provides a great opportunity to showcase how we can assist banks, credit unions and ATM deployers in improving cash operations and branch transformation. I think the theme of improving the customer experience is key to an organizations success and ATMIA understands this”.
